You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. By using this software you indicate your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
General License Agreement
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, NeoIQ, Inc. grants a nonexclusive, nonassignable and nontransferable license to use and display the AutoShopWiz 2003 software ("Software") on any single computer of which the licensee is the primary user. One copy of AutoShopWiz 2003 may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access AutoShopWiz 2003 through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network.
Copying Prohibited
Unauthorized copying of the Software, including software that has been modified, merged or included with the Software, or the written materials associated therewith is expressly forbidden.
Reverse Engineering Prohibited
Unauthorized reverse engineering of the Software, whether for educational, fair use, or other reason is expressly forbidden. For the purposes of this license the term "reverse engineering" shall apply to any and all information obtained by such methods as decompiling, decrypting, trial and error, or activity logging.
Non-Disclosure
Unauthorized disclosure of AutoShopWiz 2003 operational details, hacks, and work around methods are expressly prohibited.
Sub Licensing
Licensee may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license or the Software. Any attempt to sub license, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations under this license is void.
Termination of License
NeoIQ, Inc. reserves the right to terminate this license at any time for any reason upon making full refund of purchase price.
Trial and Demo Versions
Trial version users agree to uninstall and destroy all files included with the Software upon expiration of the trial period. All other restrictions and terms of this license shall continue to apply.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with this product, you may, within thirty days from the date of purchase, return the product and receive a full refund to the value of the price of the product. This money back guarantee does not include and specifically excludes the cost of postage, packing, handling by external companies and currency exchange costs and fluctuations. You may be required to provide proof of purchase when seeking this guarantee. After you return the software you agree to uninstall and destroy all files included with the Software.

Because of the various hardware and software environments into which AutoShopWiz 2003 may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. In no event will NeoIQ, Inc., be liable to you for any damages arising out of the use of the program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
